Writing the next chapter for this historic building.

The Thelin’s and Spears’ purchased the Pyramid Flour Building in 2022. It was clear that the building deserved new life, and to be reimagined in a way that added something new to Downtown Winlock. They completed a full renovation of the building in 2023, preserving the historical integrity of the building as much as possible.

Meet the Owners

David and Karen Thelin

David and Karen bring years of experienced in real estate investment to this new venture.

David is a residential and commercial real estate broker, and is the principle managing broker at Windermere Northwest Living in Longview.

Karen is currently the owner of another event venue in Longview, The Party Place at Studio Pink, and is excited to bring her experience to Pyramid.

Kristi and Jason Spears

The Spears family is a big- with four children, a grandchild, and a lot of extended family in the local area.

For them, space had always been a challenge for family events like graduations, birthdays, holidays, etc. Winlock was a perfect meeting place- halfway between everyone. As entrepreneurs, it made sense to solve their problem by opening an event space.

Being part of a growing community is a natural fit for them. They are excited to see the area continue to transform while helping to maintain the original Winlock charm.

“It has been an honor to bring new life to a building that has provided so much for the city of Winlock for over 100 years.” -David Thelin
