Rates and Reservations
Choose from three rental packages and book your event here.
See below for available dates. Bookings are accepted one year in advance, and up to one month before the event.
*NOTE: If you need to book your event less than one month in advance, exceptions can be made- just give us a call!
Please make sure that your rental time includes time to set-up and break down your event. The room will be empty upon your arrival and should be left in the same condition.
Cancellation Policy:
Bookings greater than 30 days in advance may cancel for a full refund including deposit. Bookings less than 30 days in advance may cancel within 3 days of making the reservation, but forfeit deposit.
All other cancellations subject to full charge.
Additional Terms and Agreements:
Alcohol: In order to have alcohol at your event, you must provide a certificate of liability prior to your event. Please follow link provided on the website, and email your completed certificate to pyramidonfront@gmail.com.
$50 Deposit: All reservations are subject to a refundable $50 cleaning/damage fee. Fee will be refunded within a week following reservation if building is left clean, undamaged and renter does not exceed approved time or conduct activities which have not been approved. If policies or responsibilities of renter are not followed the refund may not be returned. If check out directions are not followed, a cleaning fee will be assessed and deducted from the deposit at the rate of $25/hour with a minimum of a half hour charge. Damage to the space may result in the forfeit of the entire deposit.
HOLD HARMLESS POLICY: I agree to indemnify and hold Pyramid on Front St, its officers, agents or other associated individuals, harmless from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, and injury of every kind, related directly or indirectly to the use and rental of Pyramid on Front St.
